PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner
5 Star Courses are delighted to introduce the combined 5-day PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Course, designed to provide learners with a comprehensive overview of the PRINCE2® methodology whilst ensuring that they are fully equipped to pass the exams.
Course Overview
This extensive course will enable learners to apply and tailor the PRINCE2® principles, themes and processes in order to enhance productivity and the operational functioning of projects. Whilst providing an understanding of how to improve a project’s operational performance, this comprehensive course will also ensure that a learner can work within a PRINCE2® team, fundamentally ameliorating project practices.
This course is fully accredited by PeopleCert and the price includes both examinations. Passing the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Exams will demonstrate that a learner has the skills and knowledge required to be part of and lead a successful PRINCE2® project.
PRINCE2® Foundation Training
The PRINCE2® Foundation certification will help candidates understand the fundamentals of the PRINCE2® project management methodology and develop an appreciation of the components that contribute to a project’s success. The foundation element of the combined course lasts for 3 days, with the exam occurring on the final day. During the course, learners will gain a basic understanding of how to work in part of a PRINCE2® team.
PRINCE2® Foundation Exam:
- Multiple choice exam.
- 60 questions.
- 1 hour time limit.
- Pass mark is 55% or 33/60.
- Usually on the 3rd day at 3:00 pm.
PRINCE2® Practitioner Training
The PRINCE2® Practitioner element of the combined course is covered on the final 2 days of classroom training and the exam is taken on the morning of the final day of the 5-day course. Learners will be educated on how to apply the methodology to a set of scenarios and how to efficaciously lead a project. Please note that the classroom training will take one day, with the exam being taken on the morning of the second day.
PRINCE2® Practitioner Exam:
- Multiple choice exam.
- 68 questions.
- Two and a half hours time limit.
- Pass mark is 55% or 38/68.
- Usually starts at 9:00 am on the final day.
