Course Overview

This highly engaging course teaches learners how to manage a project over its entire lifecycle, through learning skills such as recording baselines, justifying the business case, being considerate of risks and creating progress reports. The course informs you of the nature expected of a PRINCE2® Project Manager role which requires individuals to be adaptive, organised, and proficient; consequently, this course will help candidates to practice and develop these qualities, in order to become an astute project manager.

The PRINCE2® Practitioner Exam consists of:

• 68 questions.
• Two and a half hours’ time limit.
• A pass mark of 55% (38/68).
• Open book exam – candidates are allowed the Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2 (2017) publication.
• The PRINCE2® Practitioner exam usually starts at 9:00am on the final day.
